Steps to check Demat account number in HDFC Securities:

Login to your HDFC Securities account.
Click on your name displayed to expand the profile information.
Go to the DP Details section that displays your DP ID and Client ID.

A Demat account number is a 16-digit number assigned to each customer. The initial 8-digits of your Demat account number represent the ID of your DP that is common for all and the latter 8-digits represent your unique customer ID.
