A company can revise the price band in a book-built issue. A company needs to notify SEBI and exchanges about the same. The issue needs to be kept open for a minimum period of three days post the revision in the price band.

The IPO price in case of a fixed price issue cannot change once decided, and the issue opens for the subscription.
