Can I apply IPO in both retail and shareholder category?

Yes, If you are an eligible shareholder (as per the record date) and also qualify as a retail investor, you can submit two separate applications:

1. One under the Retail Category, and
2. Another under the Shareholder Category.

Both applications must be made using the same PAN, and this is allowed because each application is submitted under a different category. However, you cannot submit multiple applications within the same category, as those would be rejected.
