How many Demat Account can be added to my Trading Account?

Most stock brokers in India allows you to add up (link) to 5 Demat Accounts to your trading account. Its important to know that each of these demat account should have your name as primary account holder.

Note:

• An individual can have one and only one PAN Number.
• An individual can open as many demat account as he wants.
• An individual can open multiple trading account with different brokers
• An individual can online only one trading account with a broker. i.e. You cannot open 2 trading account for same person in Sharekhan.
