We have been trying to reach them for our money transfer details from 16th July and no one is reverting and avoiding our calls now. I spoke with Sachin on 011 49022292 he verified all details and said will give me the RTGS ref in 20 minutes and thereafter he's stopped coming on the phone - I very clearly heard him ask his colleague if the phone is from 80767.... number phone rakhde baat nahi Karni....

This is highly unprofessional. We would like some one senior to revert on this.
