I have held an account with LKP for about 3 years. I closed it because of their shoddy service . But since last year I started getting messages from BSE that my fund balance in LKP is 0. I talked to some lady at LKP who insisted it is BSEs mistake and they no longer have my account. Yesterday I received a call from a lady at LKP Goregaon, who wanted to know why I am not active ly trading now. When questioned 3 times whether I have an account there, she said I have. I fear they are misusing my account and that is why they are lying that it is closed. I am left with no option but to complain to SEBI

Hopeless service I have 2 sips with lkp and after 3 month they can''t even register my otm requests. I am in followup for last three month and still it''s pending. They even dont have valid reason to ans my quires. Please people I request do not do any transactions with lkp security hopeless services and knowledgeless. Only at the time of new sip this people entertain you and after that they don''t even pick up the call. There is major issue with jm Road ghole Road branch pune. Pathetic service by komal and chaitrali.

I would like to bring your notice the fraud and cheating done by LKP securities with me. I have been LKP customer for last 1 year on the day of financial closing March 31, 2016 in order to meet their brokerage profits they have done massive trading in my account to erode 62 thousand as brokerage charges as well incurred me a trading loss of 17 thousand.

In order to safeguard themselves these guyz played tricks with me to get my trade confirmation post executing the trade on IVR and presented the same to NSE to downplay me.

They have not brought to my notice the hell amount of brokerage they are extracting on that single day.

Please beware from the cheaters and monitor your account also do not allow these guyz to take trade on your behalf rather trade yourselfâ€¦. HARD Learning for me

LKP is cheater. They opened my account with brokerage to by charged on one leg only but have been charging the same on the same on both the sides. To snatch the business from previous broker, LKP offered Bank Guarantee and suddenly after two years gave constant threat to charge four time brokerage, if don''t give margin in cash in lieu of BG. They do not pass on benefits of Transaction Cost Reductions given to the by NSE. Partial Payout / delayed payout is another problem. They even suspended my trading for couple of weeks.

LKP Chennai had unilaterally set off my positions without my consent. While margins are due on T+1 they adjust the positions during trading hours itself

Most disturbing is their severe fund crunch. They do not pay out even after the positions are closed and various reminders sent... It seems LKP is in dire financial straits.

SEBI, NSE should immediately investigate

I have taken account in this .. really i am not satisfied with this brokerage.
with out my approval they activated subscription plan and they are not giving answer to my request from last 3 months. this is worst brokerage in the market.
