They close your account after 150 days of no funding activity. So if you dont do deposits regularly, then dont go with them. They closed my account and this is what am getting from their customer service - "If you really care for your account, you should fund it", "To use our service, you should be proactive in understanding our policy", "but if you really want to use the service, please start a new application", "What is your issue? You need to reopen the account?", "You can escalate this matter after ending this chat"

worst ever broker and services IKBR MUMBAI, Margin zero, exposure limited to cash available, on trade execution funds will not be available to trade same day and no margin is provided to trade, you have to wait 1 day as per exchange settlement norms T+1, to buy one single lot bank nifty you need to have 8 lakhs cash in account. all money will be blocked.

customer service pathetic. your all call will be first moved to hongkong office with minimum wait time of 20-30 min. still your problems will be not solved, you will have absolutely no contact with any of mumbai representative, they will never pick your phone further you will never have any email id to contact them. I have recently closed my account don't waste your money and get stuck with this pathetic broker. I only moved with them for their API service for third party software use but now you can get with many other brokers and use TRUE data service for trading well which I am going to do soon.

i opened my account for trading in us stocks, not funded my account yet, i came to know about them that they block the money alos from a facebook group.
Which broker do you recomend for buying us stock , if any or all of them are thieves?
