My icici life insurance policy No.24848225. I am unable to continue the policy. Moreover during lockdown period, my computer.center locked since 5 months. During this hard days I have paid 5 months premium also till date.
Now 24 months completed. As per the terms surrender the policy after completing 2 years is eligible.
I approached Madurai KkNagar and simmakkal branch and Mr. Balamurugan also. But till date no action is taken against surrender the above said policy. I am in a critical position not even to buy medicines also.
Therefore please do the needful to surrender my policy.
I have received email also from icici pru insurance regarding surrender policy. I have joined in this scheme through Integrated finance Madurai KkNagar branch.
