Currency Trading Timings at NSE / BSE - Opening & Closing Time

BSE & NSE offers to trade in Currency and Interest Rate Derivatives. Currency F&O Trading is conducted at NSE and BSE on predefined timings on all weekdays except market holidays. The currency derivative market remains close on Saturday's, Sunday's and on all exchange declared holidays.

The Currency Future & Options Trading Hours are as below:

1. Market Open Time: 9:00 AM
2. Market Close Time: 5:00 PM

 In addition to above Currency Derivatives Market Timings, following are key trading session timing a trader should be aware of:

1. Market closing time for Cross Currency F&O (i.e. EURUSD, GBPUSD & USDJPY) is 7:30 PM

 Note:

• All F&O trading timings are in IST.
• There is no Pre-open Trading Session or Post-Close Trading Session for currency trading at BSE and NSE. These sessions are applicable only for Equity Cash segment.

Currency Option Trading Hours at NSE and Currency Options Trading Hours at BSE are same.
