It is mandatory in Insurance Act to list insurance company which is in Business for 10+ years and is profitable. LIC is exempted to list itself in the act. So all insurance companies will be listed in coming years.

Tis IPO of NIA is also a scam like GIC and SBI Life in the nation of self proclaimed most honest policy maker.It will also be bailed out by GoI Cos through the money of public as done by LIC in above 2 cases. .It will cause loss to its investors , bailers and benefit GoI.It is intended at PE of 82 . Shelve it GoI to save investors .

Don''t be so sceptic any insurance comp IPO''s...it is only due to regulatory reforms imposed by IRDAI on ins. Comp. According to IRDA, promoters shareholding must be reduced to atleast 75% in all ins. Comp. Operating for more than 10 yrs in the market.
