Jet Freight Logistics Ltd is entering in the capital markets (through NSE Emerge) with an initial public offering, IPO of 1,452,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each. The price band for the issue has been fixed at Rs 28.
Jet Freight Logistics is engaged in logistics business having branches located in various cities in India. Company is registered with International air transport association (IATA) agent for Air cargo. JFLL is providing services for Perishable cargo, Time sensitive cargo and also provide Shipment of Hazardous cargo, ODC consignments, pharmaceutical cargo, temperature controlled and general cargo.
The issue opens on Nov 24, 2016 and closes for subscription on Nov 28, 2016. The equity shares of the issue are proposed to be listed on the SME Platform of NSE.
