IFL Enterprises Ltd IPO is entering in the capital markets (through BSE SME) with an initial public offering, IPO of 1,626,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each. The price band for the issue has been fixed at Rs 20.

The issue opens on Mar 07, 2017 and closes for subscription on Mar 10, 2017. The equity shares of the issue are proposed to be listed on the SME Platform of BSE.
The IFL Enterprises IPO is proposed to open on March 7, 2017. The IPO application ends on March 10, 2017.
