IPO Grading is designed to provide investors an independent, reliable and consistent assessment of the fundamentals of IPO Issuer Companies. As IPO Grading is decided much earlier then the issue price or issue dates are finalize (usually on the IPO filing) and they just tell about the fundamentals of the company, investors should not consider them as 'Buy IPO' or 'Skip IPO' recommendations.
