Why CD Equisearch is not in the list of brokers? Can anybody explain?

CD Equisearch is not a genuine broker. They have lot of plain talks but they dont even answer to your queries. I have tried till their top level but no use. Better be careful if you even think of opening an account with CD Equi.Dont fall for their marketing gimmick about their owner becayou will not deal with him and his subordinates would just not bother to sortout your problem.

Hi, Dealer called my wife even she got introductory call from angle. Without telling complete details of nifty option (like what is lot)...he brought 9000 units....our account do not have that margin or capacity with sustain loss.....also I have proof where final billing has sell price mistake which also incurred 3000/- loss....when i asked dealer how many times of margin amount is given to investor to trade in options ...he said it can 10..20 ..30% ...without know the KYC of customer. They charged 9000/- as brokerage charges on these lots .....they are just making money keeping investor in loss and using their money. They did not tell the loss incurred. I am going to SEBI and file a case against them...i have all evidence of malpractice they are doing....i have asked them for call recording of transaction. They fooled me.
I want to open trading account with angel brokers.
1)They said that Intraday trading tax (0.04%) include all taxes like service tax,STT,stamp duty etc.( initial margin cheque is more than 25000)
2)It is possible to transfer money from brokage account to saving account if banks are ICICI,AXIS,SBI .

i had opened account at angel in 2010 but i have not used so far i stay at mulund and the branch is vile parle. i want to transfer my account in mulund branch and need to change bank details is it possible? if yes so i will start treding in angel if no then i will have to swith off the account.. how much time that it will take to open a trading account with angel brokers and how much they charge for an intraday trading of about 1 lakh.

Expressing regrets for the complaints & Inconveniences is not solution for the broking like ANGEL. It spoils your goodwill & credibility. I am your client since six years. I have all such type of problems & inconveniences. Repeated request & follow up also not solve the problems. My Suggestion is to carry out client survey every six month to resolve & improve customer services. After all this is customer service base business. Constant efforts to improve services will give great benefits & yield to the business. This should cover to your franchises, there infrastructure & services. Also there approach towards the client should be positive.

I had very bad experience with Angel Broking, Nagpur Branch. The personnel at Angel Broking firm are not aware of rules and regulations of SEBI!. How can they provide good services (Except saying "We regrett" -)")?. Never open trading/demat account with Angel Broking.

I m going to open Account with Angel Broking. but my friend Harish alredy opened a Account with Angel.He say me and prove me, that he call Dehradun Branch Phone No. 0135-3058503,501,504,509 etc.to any query. Every time tell him that call after 15 minutes. no one answer of his query. So Now decide, I never open account with Angel Broking and give advice to anyone.

Overall customer service is worst, in fact they do not provide any service, If Angel trade gives buy call the executives will give a sell call. Customers are really confuser what exactly to execute. They are only interested in brokerage and their target, customers profit and loss doesn't matter for angel.
Rated 'Very Poor' in all categories except website usability which is rated 'Average'.

They are cheaters.
Even if you buy 1 stock the charge will be 30 Rupees. If you buy 100 stocks at Rs 20 and sell 100 stocks at 21 Rupees, you earn 100 Rupees. But you will get only 60 Rupees. They will rob your 40 Rupees with different kind of charges.
Lot of hidden charges, you end up getting miniscule profit.
Online trading application is not user friendly.
Mobile trading application just sucks.
Customer service is very poor. They can't solve your query at all.

It is the sad state of affairs that despite the regulatory control and various regulations the stock brokers like Angel Broking have attitude of DEVIL MAY CARE. This has been demonstrated in my case.
On noting unauthorised transactions made in my account, I vide e-mail dated 16.8.2012 informed Angel Broking Ltd about the unauthorised trading done by their executive in my ID: CP5058 on 14.8.2012. But nothing has been done by them despite various follow by my husband with the officials at CP Branch rather to cover up the wrongs at their end, they are seeking the confirmation of the trades to validate and legalise the act/conduct of the CP Branch executives.
It may be mentioned that their executives have of their own without any instructions or my consent have executed the transactions in my account which has admitted by their executives but are not willing to give in black & white. It is further surprising to note that the transactions in the Future & Options (F&O) segment have also been done, when I have no understanding of it and have given no instructions to trade in F&O.
Not only this, I am also surprised to receive the statement wherein they have levied the account maintenance UTP).
Further, this act of conducting unauthorised transactions of their executives and seeking the confirmation of the trades to validate and legalise the act/conduct of the CP Branch executives which I have refused to confirm (as I did not authorise to the transactions) has resulted in suspension of the account for a month. Further, on my informing the same nothing has been done in the matter till date despite my repeated follow up on the phone and various visits to their office, which has caused undue harassment, mental pain and agony. - 1st Reply from Angel Broking on this matter - This is with reference to your email dated 16/08/2012 regarding trade in your account. As per our telephonic conversation and post our investigation we would like to inform you that trades executed in your trading account on 14/08/2012 under NSEFO & NSE segment were carried out with your consent and the same was informed to you by dealer, also you have received trade confirmation sms and contract note in your registered mobile number and mail id.

It is the worst company for share broking, The worst part is customer service. I had an account with them in 2011 march , but had closed it june 2011 only. The reason whenever I called them up they picked the phone very rare. If even they picked it up also u will be on hold and again when they ask you after 15 minutes after hold position , you to to repeat your things . again they will hold you , as they got busy with the colleagues and other things . CRM IS POOR . NO RESPONSIVENESS . THIS HAD HAPPENED NOT ONLY ONCE BUT MANY TIMES ALSO. I AM TALKING ABT DELHI JANAKPURI BRANCH. SO IN JUNE ITSELF I''VE OPENED ACCOUNT IN IIFL AND STILL WORKING IN IT , AS I AM A DAILY TRADER IN ALL EQUITY , CURRENCY, COMMODITY AND TURNOVER IS ALSO GOOD. I''m not saying IIFL IS 100 percent but ya comparatively service is good , only problem with TT TRADE TERMINAL SOME TIME.
