Dear All
Please ensure all your trade related charges with angel broking, receiving lots of hidden charges, which only you come to know when countercheck with your online statements. very bad service agreeing with customer before the signing one terms which not following by angel, I am planning to change to other broker after selling/buying transaction completed.

I have an account with angel and I deal in nifty option interday(KLGP900). Till date they are all inclusive). The new accounts are being charged less. Is it serious offence to be a old account holder? I have requested frequently to my dealer and officers but in vain. It is very hard to make profit as a interday trader after paying Rs 200 per lot. So i have been compelled to open an account with other company. Is it not possible to resolve my problem and let me stay with angel?

I AM VIJAY .SUBMITTED ACCOUNT OPENING FORM ON 22/10/2016 AND DOCUMENTS WERE VERIFIED ON THE FIRST INSTANCE. THEN ONE BY ONE QUERIES ARE RAISED. WHEN KYC DOCUMENTS ARE IN ORDER , THE QUERY THAT BANK STATEMENT NOT HAVING LOGO IS RAISED AT LATER STAGE. EXECUTIVE AT MUMBAI OFFICE RESPOND GENERALLY A DAY OR TWO DAYS AFTER OUR QUERY. THEY DONT UNDERSTAND IT IS SERVICE INDUSTRY.

1. The Staff is worst, they do not want to do work.
2. I have tried to close my account many times but they are not ready to close the account and now they are saying that I have a debit of around 500rs which I need to pay first and they are continuously trying to take it directly from my account without connecting with me. due to insufficient balance i have been charged penalty 3 times in the bank.
If I will see anyone going to open account in Angel i will personally not allow them to open service with angel, worst ever.

Close my account asap otherwise i am going to file a complain against you now.

1. The Staff are very rude, don''t understand value of customer services.
2. For IPO Physical forms is to be submitted, where as other Brokers are providing online services.
3. Past 3 IPO''s I have filed form and submitted to the nearest branch but they have not processed.
Very poor customer services

Hi, my client code is A23597,first of all I say angel is good platform for making money who gvesx proper advice time to time..... I m doing trading last 10 yrs with heavy brokerage, just in last yrs my RM reduce my brokerage, but still my brokerage is high as compared to open new account in Angel, for new account thy offer me in equity cash delivery 0.05 paise and intra day 0.01 paise only one side. But not for old customers thy provide, is tht any fault to bcme ur loyal customer from last 10yrs..So plz do in my old account.... Overall I m happy with his service and My RM : santosh, he do proper sauda.... Give full star to angel

Poor customer service.slow response to email.poor website. Fresher cannot understand the website. Too many trading platforms. No lessons and proper demonstration for fresher''s.

We as a family have 3 broking accounts with Angel broking( R61236 / R66123 / P48150 ) Vashi,Navi Mumbai branch for last 6 years.
Our brokerage charges are 50 paisa.
When enquired at your office we were told the broking charges for new customer account is 10 paisa. We were told to open new account to avail of these 10 paisa broking charges.WE WANT 10 PAISE BROKING CHARGES FOR OUR EXISTING ACCOUNTS.Being a loyal customer of your broking firm why we are given such treatment??Kindly give immediate solution
