worst customer service in customer service industry. not suitable for small traders intial 200 account opening annual maintenance 300. don't choose zerodha tools good.

I used to be a Zerodha guy till recently, their technological capabilities are pretty neat but in ever changing times I feel ZERODHA hasn't updated itself in terms of providing any additional features, example: few months back I opened an account with 5Paisa, their terminals and technology was good as well but their integrated research offerings was an absolute blockbuster, they have these two offerings called Advance Research & SwingTrader, research & advisory on both these products was phenomenally good, I highly recommend anyone who thrives on Cash based trading and investing to try 5Paisa. It's about time Zerodha clients scout for better deals or a complete deal.

Completely agree, Zerodha needs to have a relook at these points but I guess they're too big to listen to retail investors.

It has it's pros and cons.
Pros : Reasonable brokerage charges. Good for new trader and investor
cons : No STBT and BTST, No BO. High DP and AMC charges.

1. BTST is available with Zerodha. Note that BTST is not available for Trade to Trade stocks and GSM or ASM stocks.

2. We are not aware of any broker who offers STBT in India.

Very poor customer service.
I had submitted my re-kyc on 13th June and still no updates from them.
No response either on call or message/mail.

Best way to go for other brokers.

Worse trading platform ever seen.
Its better to burn your money, rather than trading via this app.
Really worse services.

Every thing is EXCELLENT !
Except,
1. Details of RM should be provided to the customers .
2. While contacting to customer care the automated computerised sound is not good, Pl change the same with female like sweet,soft & fluent voice quality.
3. If customer wanted to EXIT the position from the portfolio it should be immediately exited without cancelling the position in the pending orders .

I am also facing a bad experience, they have deducted my account charges fees but not providing any kind of access. worst customer service, not responding to the calls.

Worst UI, it has different App for different thing which can be subsumed in One, Zerodha Coin is Useless for selecting Mutual Fund. high Brokerage, Nothing Good with Zerodha Except GTT. can't arrange stock Wishlist which makes it less useful and irritating also.

Zerodha should shart trailing stoploss in his app. It is most important feature for working people who can't give time to watch trading every time.

Zero dha is 3rd class app ...they are forcing to do trading between limited range ..app is only for higher investors..then dont value customers having medium budget ......alos many time facing issue to use app

Zerodha has very good name in India and I like Zerodha however Most Disappointing experience from Customer Service
Customer Service people don't read email query and send email that sudden overflow of applications causing delay to check document and will be updated in 48 hrs overall this is standard copy paste email process they don't know what they are sending in reply and not answering queries in one reply

Many srips are blocked for MIS/Intraday trading in Zerodha. Is there any other good platform which allows trading in maximum scrips for intraday

Very Bad Experience.....system not calculate funds available on real-time....moreover at times ask exponential margin.......no satisfactory response from customer care......only standard reply.
