My account was dormant I provided all documents 2 to 3 weeks back for equity they made it active but still my account is not made active for f & o. Unnecessary remarks are raised by the company from its head office I am dis satisfied with the company

best broker as compare to others but need to correct more from my side . I want zerodha to be the only option for traders.

In zerodha, this week I found most corrections in my portfolio and Updation is very poor. From last 3 days i raised my tickets for correction, for correction only they are taking 24hrs with in this time the holded stocks may give loss to us.
In case you participate in a Shareholder category for an IPO , then be aware that zerodha only : 1. Allows ONE application submission , so you can submit either a retail application or a Shareholder application. 2. Allows upto a cap of 2Lacs in shareholder category
While one should look for a broker that provides- 1. Option to choose 2 applications (retail+sh OR hni+sh) 2. Allowing more than 2 lacs under SH application
It's a big drawback !

the best app for trading and it is very easy to use even a new cummer can use it
MANY TIMES THE APP OR THE KITE SHOWS AN MESSAGE AS " NO RESPONSE" IN EMERGENCY SITUATION OF EITHER BUYING OR SELLING AND THAT TOO IF WE HAVE NOT ADDED THE STOCK , THEN THIS " NO RESPONSE" WILL BE VERY BAD HIT TO THE TRADER IN EITHER WAYS

it is so bad brokerage,i want to share things happen with me .tuesday on 11th jan 2022,i purchase bank nifty call,next morning ,it went up ,i sold with profit 3080but in order it wasnt showng execution.then i saw profit loss there it was showing 3940,i was happy but again when i saw in order it executedthen profit was 3080,still market was moving up.they use our money

Dear customer care This evening I paid Rs 200 application fees from icici accountband when it came to uploading cancelled cheque signature and other documents, the drop down arrow of your web was not working. Is my application fees gone down the drain??? After this experiance my family members are afraid to open the account with your platform Pls refund immediately to my account Lakkavajjala B V PRASAD
Zeroda can provide nomination addition facility but not allowed nomination updation online.
Then their is no meaning saying that zeroda providing nomination facilities online.
Will definitely see for other brokers who provide good facilities.

AMC charges are mentioned of Rs 300 but SEBI has introduced BSDA account type in which recently opened Demat account holders are not charged AMC and for that details, you can visit Zerodha website.

Lot of times fund transfer fails ; due to which our SIP can't be executed. that module is poor.
