After 2 week past they didn''t open the account not only that they open another account with CDSL NSDL in my mail id....I got various from various way.........my money also deducted....don''t open account with this precious institution.........their response and action taken process also very slow.....Guy''s don''t open account

how much i have to pay and it will be added on my a/c.
AND MOST IMP. I WANT TO OPEN A/C ONLINE NO PAPER.IS IT POSSIBLE.?

Yes u can open account...u can open it with zero margin.only ac opning charge is valid that too abt 300 rs...

zerodha''s brokerage charges are excellent, much comfortable with intraday traders like me. how much is your turnover , only RS 20 is the max. limit thats excellent.customer service is excellent, its website is above average, but session expires within 10 min. thats quite frustrating.but its desktop PI is excellent , which shows charting,M2M at ltp with every scrip and total M2M for whole day and total scrips and holdings.you can change applications background according to your comfort.
i have account in kotak security also but their brokerage is so high. i my brokerage upto 90% in zerodha.i am so happy that i am a happy customer of zerodha.you can calculate your brokerage and net P/L from zerodha brokerage calculator , thats fair and fantastic.
i am fully satisfied.congrates to all zerodha support team.

I filled up application form and sent to Zerodha for a/c opening along with Rs.750 Cheque. But I did not get any response from them on the a/c opening. When I called them back they told that my Pan Card xerox was not readable and I need to sent a new one. But the xerox copy which I was sent was indeed good and you cannot get a better xerox on this. Hence I told them to refund back by Rs.750 as I do not want to proceed with a/c opening. Repeated mails and calls are unanswered. I have now decided to lodge a complaint with Sebi grievance cell. If this is how they handle customer, God help those who have already opened a/c with them.

I''ve never seen any broker to ignore their new client except zerodha. I tried to contact. Zerodha more than 4 times via different websites and their direct homepage, but no one called me back. I also called them many times but no one received.So now I suggest don''t go for Zerodha.

I am user since last 2 year there are everything is ok and excellent. I have only one dissatisfaction is its android app, the login process and adding stock and F&O is much hectic process so please make it simple and time saver. by the way in these period I haven''t any single problem with zerodha..
I believe one day zerodha will go ahead and make top position.

It is ridiculous that form Zerodha side no one is replying to any of posts or comments here. Looking like they do not have any one to answer.

I have yet to open account with Zerodha but there customer care help line have very limited representatives and It usually is waiting for more than 10 min before you yourself cut the line after getting fed-up of waiting.
This the only reason making me dicey to whether I should go for this company or not.

Please do not go for opening an account with Zerodha. I have felt the pain. They will ask for all documents and promise to open the account in 24 hours. I have submitted all documents but they are the people who are bug finder and asking for every other document. They will call you only to the point your cheque is not encashed. Post which you will run after them and they will not respond. I doubt how can they have registered for doing this business with such a poor quality.

I have burnt my hands and writing this so that other who are in opinion to have a trading account with cheap brokerage do not come under thier trap.

Hi All,

Issue has been fixed now. initially poor comments based hiccups with account opening. Post which I am using it and its good and services are delivered as expected and promised. Charges are very nominal as compared to other brokers . You can definitely look for opening an account with Zerodha. Happy trading with zerodha.

Zerodha will be a good choice.

The only drawback i saw with 2-3 hours time lag between fund transfer from citibank account to appear in my demat account.
