2.5% or ₹20 on equity delivery is atrocious when other brokers are providing it for free. Upstox used to give it for free but now it's charging more than full service brokers. A blockade for new users, new and small investors better avoid it.

Delivery charge is not suitable compair to other

The Worst Broker that I have ever experienced is UPSTOX. The customer care executives dont know how to resolve the issues. Most of the time we are unable to sell our holdings. And there are lot of login and server issues. If you are really bothered about your money, dont go with Upstox. We have much better discount stock brokers like Zerodha which are much more reliable.

How are they still in business? It's baffling as to how can a stock broker be this bad, they have login issues most of the times, fund transfer process is questionable, obviously ghante ka research and more importantly their product is bad. Stick to Zerodha guys, Upstox is using all its money raised in advertising and all that jazz when they should have invested in the product. Infact even something like 5Paisa is much more efficient than this garbage.

Seems Like, Most of The Members Here Are Broking For Zerodha. The Worst.. Brokerage...Why? If You Are A Options Trader You Can Only Trade 300(+/-) Strike Price From The Current Nifty Price For Delivery Price. Just The Worst Thing. Otherwise For Delivery Purpose For Any Stock Wither For 1 Day or 1 Year. Doesnt Need To Look Many Thing. Almost All Brokergaes Are The Same.

Honestly only zerodha is best, after trying almost every broker i can say, upstox is just booming on 400rs referral money.

Pathetic pathetic pathetic!!! Right from the account opening to the entire process, fund transfer, user experience everything is shoddy. Dont waste your money and time with this, stick to Zerodha, no wonder other rating and reviews on this page say the same.

Like everyone else says, their customer service is tedious. Been fighting for 2 months to reopen a dormant account for 2 months! 2 weeks back they said they accepted all my documents and my account will be reactivated in 24 hours. Even now it's still dormant and my trades weren't going through (funny thing was it's message was showing that market segment wasn't activated - not that my account was dormant). I asked them what's the problem and they said my account is inactive and i need to send the reactivation form. Wait what? I just did that whole process last month. No coordination between tickets, slow response times, inefficient staff.

"Pay peanuts get monkeys" it appears. I am opening an account with IndBank merchant banking tomorrow. I'll take 0.1% fees if it gives me good service anyday than this discount brokering crap.

I don't recommend upstox to any.
Worst customer service.

I'm disappointed with their customer service. They made my account dormant when I went abroad and didn't use the site for more than 6 months and to reactivate it they ask for bank statement, income, ITR, but I wasn't in india this last year. I tell them their website and another customer service rep says you can show existing holdings as an income proof but their customer service doesn't accept that. If you don't accept it why put it on your website?

Kind of struggling to reactivate my account. Can't even close it because I need to reactivate it to sell my existing positions.

NO BTST ALLOWED. WORST EXPERIENCE LAGGING ALWAYS AND NOT A USER FRIENDLY WEBSITE

i trade last year and my experience is upstox is best platform to trading. upstox team always help and time to time call for update feature and upstox RM locate every customer

Before Upstox taking over RKSV about 2 years ago, the performance was good
now detoriated I am thinking of closing my 3 accts
I dont recommend UPSTOX to anybody

Please don't be subprogram or partner for upstox.as they have all the way to simply avoid paying you any referral fee at all. I opened one as being partner and referred few of my links to open an account. I was surprised that no customers were added in my account and felt some kind of wrong there. So opened one of my friends account by self using the referral link and the same , no incentive. Then when I try to call their customer care , which I came to know not even existed. And then send an what's app message to said RM. upon talking to him later , he said , as the number was in their database entered some 3 months back. So me being pursuing that client to open account is worthless. So if some one look for an item at one shop but other shop gives good offer and feedback and sold the item , the fee should be paid to 2nd shop who sold it bot to 1st shop where the item was just checked.

I am trying to open an account with upstox since 2days, I could not complete the same, many help desk people are calling, they not able to find and close the issue.
