high brokerage, always be server problems, we wont be open site at any time, and brokerage is high.
Dont open an acc. if u open, no use for trade.

Sharekhan and indiabulls are good broking firms but avoid RELIGARE.RELIGARE is very poor broker with bad services.

I opened account in sharekhan three years ago, I received all the documents with accountno and passwords codes etc. I used that account once only, then after i am not making any type of transaction. if it is possible to activate that account. if yes i will provide my all account details to you.

I have an A/C. in Sharekhan, in Sharekhan there is a facility of DP to Margin. But since yesterday DP to Margin Shares are not looking in my A/C. where shares are gone?
Shares are SRF -300Nos, TCS - 3 Nos., Grasim - 4Nos. Receivable balance SMS Pharma -25 Nos., Tata Chemicals- 13 Nos. Zylog system - 50 Nos. and more

I think demat is necessary for the trading............which keeps on buying and selling of shares. it is one of the type a/c.

This is very useful site but we are unable to know that how can we open a sharekhan account for online trading of shares . So please give us full explanations of procedures and enclosures.

C'mmon! Despite seeing the efficiency of sharekhan vis-s-vis other brokers in my earlier message, Mr.Sharma feels otherwise.

I reiterate that Sharekhan is perhaps the only one which adheres to ethical business practices and is hell bent on investor wealth protection. I can say this from my personal experience which runs upto 21 years in this line and my relationship with Sharekhan runs for 4 years now.

i am intersted to invest money in share market .son friends please let me know which is the best agency to open an account .because after seing all the poor views of people who are engaged with sharekhan i am thinking not to join sharekhan.

I FIND THAT MY DP HOLDINGS AND DP/SR REPORT DOES NOT INCLUDE 5# BHARTI AIRTEL SCRIPS I BOUGHT ON 29.8.2008 VIDE ORDER 200808296782445/TRADE 671454 KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND SET RIGHT THINGS

Sharekhan is good service provider but the thing is that in that we are not getting the proper leverage for trading as compare to icicidirect if this facilitates by share khan than that would be better and the brokerage is as well high.

Very very very very very bad services sharekhan A/C

1) High brokerage charged intraday 0.07% 0r delivery 0.40%
and other charged 0.1888% every tractions.
2) Not provided daily statement only monthly

3) To many hidden charges.

4) Customer services also very bad not coperative

5) Long time Account Update.

6) Not provided direct buy mutual fund.

7) Terminal operator taken long time suffer huge loss.

8) Within a week 2 or 3 times server down

9) 100% stock tips wrong.

3rd CLASS SERVICE PROVIDER......

REASONS:

1.I AM NOT GETTING THE BILLS OR CONTRACT NOTE OF EACH AND EVERY TRADE….THEY ARE JUST PROVIDING MONTHLY STATEMENTS.

2.IF YOU ARE A COMMODITY TRADER THEN YOU WILL NOT ABLE TO VERIFY THAT AT WHAT PRICE YOU HAVE TRADED FROM NEXT DAY ONWARDS.NOR THIS FACILITIES IS AVAILABLE AT SITE OR ANYWHERE.

3.IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE AND IF YOU WANT TO TRADE IN COMMODITIES AFTER 07:00pm THEN THERE WILL NOT BE ANY PERSON AT MOST OF THE BRANCH OFFICES.I HAD EXPERIENCE AT MY BRANCH OFFICE.EVEN THE SALESMAN THROUGH WHICH I HAVE OPENED THE ACCOUNT SAID THAT THEY CLOSE THE OFFICE AFTER 07.00pm

4.IF YOU PROVIDE CHEQUE TO THE COMPANY AND IF YOU DONT HAVE BANK ACCOUNT MERGED WITH SHAREKHAN THEN AFTER DEDUCTING THE BALANCE FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT, CO. WILL GIVE THE BALANCE IN YOUR ACCOUNT AFTER 3-4 DAYS.AND MANY TIMES YOU HAVE TO REMIND THEM ALSO FOR GETTING YOUR OWN BALANCE

5.IF THE MANAGER IS OUTSIDE THEN THERE WILL BE NO RESPONSIBLE PERSON AT YOUR BRANCH OFFICE AND THE STAFF WHO WILL BE THERE THEY DONT HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE.

6.EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE.

7.IF YOU HAVE OFFLINE TRADING ACCOUNT OR IF YOU WANT TO TRADE THROUGH TELEPHONE THEN IN MOST OF THE CASES IT WILL TAKE MORE THAN 15-20 MINUTES TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE EXECUTIVES.BY THAT TIME MARKETS HAVE MOVED FROM YOUR ENTRY POINT.

8.IF YOUR LIMIT IS EXCEDED THEN THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU IN MANY OF THE CASES AND THEY WILL REDUCE YOUR POSITIONS WITHOUT INFORMING YOU.BECAUSE THE PROCEDURE IS THAT BOMBAY OFFICER WILL CALL AT YOUR BRANCH OFFICE THAT THEY ARE GOING TO REDUCE THE POSTION IN TEN MINUTES AND MOREOVER THE PEOPLE AT BRANCH OFFICE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN INFORMING THE CUSTOMER.

9.FOR ONLINE TRADING ACCOUNT THERE IS THEIR SOFTWARE TRADE TIGER AND IT RUNS ON SIX DIFFERENT SERVER.BUT THERE WOULD BE HARDLY ANY DAY THAT ALL OF THE SERVER WILL WONT BE DOWN AND SO YOU WILL NOT BE CONNECTED THROUGH ANY OF THE SERVER.

10.THEY DON’T PROVIDE TRADING TIPS IN EQUITES ONLINE PLATFORM.THEY PROVIDES TIPS ON MOBILE AND TROUGH EMAIL ONLY.SO MANY TIMES IT HAPPENS THAT SMS ARE REACHED LATELY AND MOST IMPORTANT THEY DONT PROVIDE ANY TIPS IN COMMODITES THROUGH MOBILE ALSO.THEY JUST PROVIDE SIMPLE PIVOT POINTS TYPE CHARTS ON THE WEBSITE AFTER 05.00pm ON THE SITE. I THINK THAT THIS TYPE OF SIMPLE REPORT ANYBODY CAN MAKE BY THEMSELVES.


CONCLUSION….FROM THE ABOVE REASONS I CAN SAY THAT THIS CO. PROVIDES WORST CLASS SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN.I SUGGEST YOU PEOPLE TO OPEN THE ACCOUNT WITH THE BROKERS WHO HAS ODIN AS THEIR ONLINE TRADING PLATFORM.AFTER THAT ITS ON YOU TO OPEN THE ACCOUNT OR NOT.I AM NOT GOING TO BENEFIT IF YOU DON’T OPEN THE ACCOUNT AND I AM NOT GOING TO LOSSE ANYTHING IF YOU OPEN THE ACCOUNT.

I REQUEST ALL THE VISITORS WHO HAS THEIR ACCOUNT WITH SHAREKHAN THAT THEY ALSO GIVE THEIR OPINIONS ABOUT THE POINTS I HAVE MENTIONED.
