Client since last 7 to 8 years. Today I faced one of the most difficult times where there web portal and application went down for more than 2 hours during market hours. It was Monday and there was lot of volatility (the day when Adani Enterprise was down by 24% due to misleading information). This has been happening a lot recently during market hours and one email received after writing a complain saying that we regret the inconvenience caused which is not acceptable. Therefore a regular trader would miss opportunities or may make loss as well. So my advise would be to subscribe to a good broker who has a good IT setup and better application.

sas online lol they dont mention about cover order and bracket order . even in 999 package they will charge 18 rs for complete trade as bracket order charge and as usual taxes added, finally if you are a small day trader you will endup paying way more than zerodha or upstox and sometimes double the charges you pay in zerodha. i just eant to close the account the first day I activated it. its the worst I can come across . there are many issues and this is one amongthem , nowonder why they have so little clients and am sure they will surely get lesser and never more . seriously if you are small day trader please dont get trapped. if you still want to open its fine but please know the details before you open , if you are using co or bo please conform the extra charges you will end up paying. thgey wont mention anything in their webpage or the mail they send you but once you start trading your contract bill will give shock.

Plz dont spread misinformation....you haven't read their website carefully...on pricing page it is clearly mention that whatever plan u choose...bracket and cover order are charged as 9rs/leg..i.e 18rs per trade.

stop posting misleading information this is totally wrong guys don't believe it

I am using their trading platform since last 6 years. They are professional in their domain and offer quick services and they can beat other brokers in services.

I am ajay and I have an account with SASONLINE since last 5 years and I am very happy with their services as they are never late in payment terms..we get our cash in T+0 days..which no broker can offer.. their brokerage is also very low.. before opening account with them I had several accounts with other brokers which I closed after opening account with sasonline.

The best broker out there if you want to trade on your own. I mean that if you don''t need advice to trade then this is the best broker becathey charge the lowest brokerage in the market.

GOOD TERMINAL ( NEED TO IMPROVE FAST ORDER PLACEMENT @ MKT OPENING HOURS LIKE 9:15:10 HRS.
BROKERAGE PLAN ALSO GOOD
IF THEY IMPROVE YOY THEN SAS WILL BE TOP MOST BROKERAGE IN INDIA.

It does not provide facility to apply for ipo on its platform it's a big disadvantage

Customer Service is the worst in sas , they disconnect the call on face if you ask any questions looks they don't have time for the customer. And i mailed them for this and does'nt even get the reply. And desktop app is also not so good s the mobile one in comparision with upstocks and zerodha kite.

Their customer care disappoints. Some of their customer care executives are egoist. Ways to improve customers experience and accepting better ideas are very alien to them. Typical "I know all and this is what it is" and "who cares about you" kind of attitude. I hope the management takes steps to get rid of this mindset and blockage in their path.

Yes correct....nothing is working and no phone calls are being attended....If there is any technical problem, they should have informed us on mail or via sms how much time it will take to recover....

MOBILE SOFTWARE JUST SHOWS MARKET TO MARKET PROFIT OR LOSS....BUT DOESN'T SHOW THE ACTUAL PROFIT OR LOSS OF A SPECIFIC SCRIP......MEANS NOT TOOOOO TRANSPARENT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.....OR THEY DON'T WANT TO BE..

THE SOFTWARE ADOPTED BY SAS DON'T WANT TO SHOW WHETHER THEIR CUSTOMER IS REALLY IN PROFIT OR LOSS......IN-SPITE OF PROVOKING OR GIVING THEIR CUSTOMER A WRONG SIGNAL OR DIRECTION...BY SHOWING MTM PROFIT OR LOSS

alpha mobile application is very excellent,
but now launch two in one application,
equity & commodity ,
in one application each and everything,
so many brokers provides single application equity & commodity also,
now sasonline think about it.

SAS online is one of the biggest thug among Indian brokerages house . They say you that they do not take brokerage charges if you opt for Rs 999 plan and so you carry Excess jobbing but guys wait , have you checked their brokerage they charge you 5000 / crore to compared to other per crore . In future segments also they charge 500 rupees extra per crore while in equity nearly 900 rupees per core extra compared to other brokerage house .

Are they registered traders in NSE & BSE?

WTF...........I have already sent all my docs for opening an account...its my mistake i have not go through these all before...i was attracted only by their brokerage rate...if i will not get satisfactory result ...i will not entertain them..

SAS is the worst broker I have ever come across. They randomly just disable trading in any scrip without informing you. Some IPOs are allowed to be traded in pre-open, some are not and there is no way to find out what they will do next. They are just whimsical.

When you call the customer care they behave as if they are the kings of the world and the response I got from one senior representative was "f*** your money".

I''''ll really suggest to go with any other broker but SAS.

Customer service: both accessibility and response is good.
Brokerage Plans are very competitive.

Poor:
Lack of availability of charts in Nest.

Suggestion:
Good charts with technical studies and tools should be incorporated in Nest.
