HI I am Samco trader. I share one my experience. I pledge my liquid bees etf and gets collateral of Rs. 200000/. Please not that pledgeing of liquid bees etf is equivalent to cash so no 50:50 ratio required as per SEBI rules. Samco is charging interest on margin used for Future buy or sell even within collateral value Rs. 200000/-. While other brokers like Zerodha and Upstox is not charged for the same.

Samco is not good at all.
Lots of hidden charges.
Margin calculation is not clear.
If you mail them further you have to explain over telephone for resolution.
Smmoth Option trades require another chargeable service.
Simply its wastage of time and money

SAMCO is using old obsolete NEST 3.11 version of 2014. SAMCO is unable to keep pace with the technology and cant even afford latest NEST 3.16 version.

Though they have good support team but if you are using old trading versions then you are at a disadvantage as 3.11 has so many bugs and gliches. Kindly chose wisely. After all it is your hard earned money.

I have open A/c in Samco.
Suddenly, i got the message that "your login password" has been reset.
Now, without any request raised by me, it was reset by someone.
It''s clearly shows that, a/c in Samco is not safe. I had also raise query in Samco, escalated on mail but still not getting reply from Samco Team. They are verbally call me but they have no justification for my query till yet.

I dislike samco.They open online account but then after no online closure of Demat account. And Rs.20/_brokerages for margin 5 to 6 lac required ,even log in sight is not perfect,IInd level authentication not o.k.All system for login is bogus. Jayshri
