Stock note mobile app stops functioning frequently and once even an order was mixed up. Also the the customer care executive was unwilling to accept when I tried registering my complaint. They have to do something serious on this.

I have open A/c in Samco.
Suddenly, i got the message that "your login password" has been reset.
Now, without any request raised by me, it was reset by someone.
It''s clearly shows that, a/c in Samco is not safe. I had also raise query in Samco, escalated on mail but still not getting reply from Samco Team. They are verbally call me but they have no justification for my query till yet.

Samco is good in terms of customer support and charges but wait.
Security of your data can be at great risk as the back office "samco star" website is not secured.anyone can attack data and may having malware and viruses.It is having protocol "http" and not https".
We are not expecting this from the company like samco.

I dislike samco.They open online account but then after no online closure of Demat account. And Rs.20/_brokerages for margin 5 to 6 lac required ,even log in sight is not perfect,IInd level authentication not o.k.All system for login is bogus. Jayshri
