i am with kotak security with about 8 months. And my experience is a disaster from few days. pensioner attending calls are fools.do not have any experience, if u ask them to do some thing they will do some thing else. I don''t know why is the option of call and trade with those fools. And keat pro is a useless tool....really slow and defective many times.
Charges in comparison to others like ICICI Direct reasonable. Online connectivity reasonably reliable though few instances of internet connectivity failure between the server and the exchange observed. Customer service both offline and online is very good.

Kotak securites ltd service very good service becobrokrage pripaid plan and free toll free no is trading very esey but demat to bank money transfer very slow
Funds transfer from bank to kotak sec. and vice-versa is a big hassle. KS has introduced a new mechanism of code generator which we have to every time we put in a trade. We cannot be carrying this dongle wherever we go. The trade lines are always busy. The site is not user friendly. Finding the correct stock code itself is nerve cracking.

Overall experience in Kotak securities is much better than ICICI securities. Only aspect which is not good is instant net worth stmt, instant ledger like stmt with both equity and mutual fund segments. currently they need to be accessed seperately. if it is integrated, one can instantly know how much he has invested in what form (equity, MF, cash etc), which is not available now.

Hi All, Today I contacted a Kotak Securities agent to open a 3 in one account for my HUF. The representative sent by them advised me to open the 3 in account in my name and then get that converted to HUF. His logic is that doing this way the paperwork will be easy. Is this right way and what he is saying is possible

Kotak Agent had promised me Brokerage of 0.03, but has not told me that it will be calculated on share instead of amount. Which is very unfair. Is anyone there in kotak, who can give me a good offer for Brokerage????
