I'm happy to share my experience here on how I was able to get my funds back via headlines

Damn they are bad! Their customer support, entire experience of fund transfer has big question marks on it, their product is just appalling, and just when you couldn't think of anything worse, it's their research calls, in my last 3 months of experience IIFL is by far the worst broker I've come across, surprisingly I have been active on 5Paisa, one of their subsidiary, but that company is 180 degree to this, 5Paisa despite Low brokerage has amazing product and more importantly their research calls are superb.

The customer service is just SOOOOO bad. Unlike Zerodha which I have eventually shifted to and where all possible issues are given, IIFL securities's customer service is just pathetic. After 15 mails and calls and messages and office visits as well, nothing was done by them to address my concerns. They just kept shifting blame and no one was accountable.

Most Worst. They dont even know how to behave with the customers.. They loots their customers..

Scrips purchased are not being credited to DP Account in T+2 days. They are delaying.It seems it is going to be another KARVY Scam.

One of the India worst stock broker. Cheat the client, first they lure the customer for opening a dmat account then when the customer start trading they disappear they holdings and misguide the customer, and in the last, harass the customer.A cheater company with malice attention and very bad customer service.

I initially thought I'm one of the few who's having a bad experience, but after looking at the reviews and ratings here, glad to see people talk about this GHATIYA broker, I had just started my account at IIFL some 3-4 months back and my experience has been horrible, their customer support is ridiculous, the hidden charges, difficulties in withdrawal of funds, their research capabilities, and almost all of it including the website and product experience has been a shocker, website wise IIFL probably has the most shabby looking product amongst all the brokers, and i guess they dont even care what clients have to say about it, anyways, I have 2 more accounts with Zerodha and ICICI, both are just too good compared to this..

India infoline is bokus company.Never ever trust on them,people working in it doesn't have any qualification.Very bad customer service . Really keep distance from the fraud compnay.

i want to close my demate account

PLS don’t open DEMAT account in IIFL. They are having worst service.it is been month requesting all the necessary persons for changing account.but no use still they struck in 1948 system.all other companies r doing same process through online and it gets approved in 1 days.

One of the worst brokerage platform in India i don’t recommend this

CALL TO TRADE CHARGES VERY HIGH. Rs.50 PER CALL. if we have net issue !!
HOW to get recommendations if we have other stock to trade that not earlier communicated by IIFL.

They charge a minimum brokerage per delivery trade, which is quite high & which is not displayed here. The trader terminal platform is very user friendly.

Firstly, all RM's at IiFL are donkeys or probably worse, second & most important thing, IIFL charges of fund transfer & annual maintenance is absolutely appalling, also an important observation I've noticed for my last 3 withdrawal, they've taken more than a week each time to transfer funds back to my bank account, citing technical issues, How shameless are you people?! Are you using public funds for personal profits? Also, please once a customer asks NOT to be distributed, listen to them and don't let your stray employees keep disturbing us just so that you make your brokerage. Finally, the entire product feel is substandard, have you seen the flow in Zerodha? Infact in terms of full service, Angel is much better than IIFL in all aspects.

Used IIFL for 3 months, my honest feedback -
Note : My review is NOT based on brokerage amount but more on the overall experience.

IIFL is possibly the worst full service broker in town in terms of product experience, I have an account with Motilal as well as 5Paisa & previously used Kotak for my investing and trading activities.
Their App as well as website is appalling, the entire experience is like using a Windows 98, it's that bad, guess they don't have a product team or if they have, then they seem to be some random SSC pass cyber cafe employees who don't understand where the brokerage industry is headed, their research is OK but I'd rather stick to my Motilal Oswal for research.
MOSL beats IIFL hands down on all parameters, in fact my experience with 5Paisa is much more smooth and they have a pretty neat product doing absolute justice of being a discount broker.
IIFL should stick to being NBFC or some other financial services company.

It has come to know from the company of you people that people must be making the customers unhappy in the same way. Got a call from your customer care that we are returning your money. After that neither mail nor call reply came. I will put the way of working of your company in that May social media. So that people know how IIFL kills their money by luring the customer for a loan. I will forward your complaint to the Banking Ombudsman Officer so that he can give justice to a customer like me and he does not get caught in the same problem as you.

i have trust issues on IIFL,
because when i was creating my account in IIFL in 2018 , the RM(neha omprakash) was helping me in creating account, we had an issue with Aadhar verification . so after trying for a week i told her we will drop the process as took more time. she said do drop account creating process now, but as it took more time i had dropped it. later after 2 months the account was created and without any Aadhar authorization and i didnot knew this till i saw few paper of account creation recently . so i have requested to close account and valid justification how account got created without aadhar verification. even then no updated details or RM didn't tried to contact for any suggestions or any updates, leave this part . now when i am asking Customer care they are saying RM will help you and When i ask RM they are saying Customer care will help you. the organization don't have proper workflow of resolving issues of customers but they charge for nothing.
it's been 12 working days but no resolution for ticket raise (2296556)

This msg is to inform you all that IIFL is totally fraud company.
It takes money and run away.
On 26 feb i have opened my account with the help of Ms. Shweta .that time she helps me very much but after taking money she didint even reply doesn't pic my calls. And ran away.
So i warn you not to open account in iifl .its totally cheaters and fraud .

bought HDFC share @2500 Last month .IIFL Adds its charges on it and Bought it at @2535.Considering the shares as not growing Sold it on 25621 @ 2550 .IIFL sell it at 2537 .They also charge Rs 600 Maintenance fees also.
Damn as if we are here to Earn For IIFL. Shifting Everthing to Zerodha .
