They are so bad at customerservice. I have an account with them and really hard to deal with them. They do not want to help and simply pass the buck. No one owns resposnbility.

After switching over from ICICI Direct to Sharekhan , I am happy customer of Sharekhan for the last ten years . Plz get yourself out from the mouth watering lure of 3in1 account . It will give them free hand to deduct your money from your account in lieu of various hidden and unwaaranted charges . Be boss of your funds . There are many discount brokers who are charging less than Sharekhan , but there site and userinterface is no as friemdly as Sharekhan . Moreover in case of safety , Sharekhan is the subsidiary of BNP Parivas , the eighth largest bank of the world . Go for it as I am recomending it after using Ventura , icici direct , trade smart online and Angel one .

Never trade with icicisec. they are CHEATS and in fraudulent activities, my trading A/C no. is "8500172769", on 01-Apr-22, I found my IP address is blocked and could not enter my account, nifty went up 205 points and I couldn't trade, I checked from another IP address, I could enter, but that's a different IP, my IP was unblocked after trading hours.
These people are in cohort with market-manipulators and they block RETAIL TRADERS on certain days to manipulate markets. I'll also write to SEBI for investigation and planning to shift from icicidirect cheats ! Their call&trade (Priority Circle member for >a decade) too busy to take calls now..please try later..the whole day...the same message.

These are froud..they use clients needs and play with there emotions..they give false hopes to customer...they juss want to fulfill their target .. please do not open any account of icici direct.

1. They cheat their customer
2. Overcharge brokerage
3. Call themselves full service, but none of the services are useful
4. Customer service or helpdesk do not respond

SANCTIONED A LOAN IN MY NAME. MADE ME INSURE MY LOAN WITH A ONE TIME PREMIUM. NOW HAND IN HAND WITH THE REGIONAL MANAGER OF KOLKATA MR. TANMOY, IS DEBITTED THE PREMIUM AMOUNT EVERY YEAR. THERE HAS BEEN NO REDRESSAL OF THE COMPLAINT.

icici direct is playing foul game. when the market opens at 9-15 morning they immediately switching off their servers so that nobody have access. if you open the website the maintenance web site is getting opened. very poor service and poor rated. They wanted their customers should not sell their shares in profit.

icici direct website is the worst trading website. I have been using it for an year now. On many occasions, their server would go down. You wont be able to make any trade or take delivery. please avoid icici direct if you are a new user.

Speed, comprehensive, accuracy. However, brokerage, reports and customer service are very poor.

Mujhe roj 20 call aati hai farji koi bhi mat open karna call kar ke mar denge .Maine account close kar diya hai .Kabhi mat use karna

EVEN to purchase MF bulk ; there is a charge of Rs.118/- and for SIP too...no direct MF plans available..Single site for all your stuff which is really good. Fund transfer is simple and works well unlike zerodha

Very high charges and sometimes the charges are unexplained. Margin penalties are levied without any margin positions. No explanation even after complaining multiple times

Waste, never ever pick the call, forget call email 20+ times I sent no response they not even bother there head quality customer care, COO no one responds, what as a waste broker.
Mean if any problem forgets your money they are gone.

Existing customers please check your transaction/turnover charges section they are charging 50% extra compared to other brokers don't know why?

Millions of rupees from millions of users in form of hidden charges no clear description, it's not right to do.

very Bad custoer service support. I have tried 10 contact numbers . No one has picked the phone calls. This means that if you them in urgent requirement you will miss everything. Sigachi IPO open on 1-11-2021 . It is not there in icicidirect.
