CONFLICTING INFORMATION ABOUT SME TRADING AND IPO APPLICATION.
PLEASE CLARIFY WHETHER SME IPO APPLICATION AND SELLING POSSIBLE ON GROWW OR NOT.........?

I personally like the brokerage and the yearly maintanance fee system, and so 5 stars for them. Customer service is good, but it's 4 stars because I need to wait for a long 24 hours for response time, otherwise they are helpful enough. Website usablity is fairly poor, because setting the entry, target and stoploss has no meaning as I enter at different point and exit in different points, so I have to wait constantly for my entry and exits, it's best for equity delivery equity futures only, as it moves slowly compared to intraday and options, and so 2 stars. In research capability I'm neutral because at times it gave me profit and at times it gave me losses when I was new here. Lastly the overall rating is fairly good because as said its only for casual investors and not for professionals, so student like me entering the stock market must have the first choice as their broker should be Groww only. As the name suggests, it really helps you grow.

Trading platform is good but whenever client face loss due to Grow app issue, Groww doesn't support to client. And deny to recover client's loss.

last 20days I am following but I didn't find any solution. is this service you are providing.

I am totally frustrated foe using Groww App.. total waste my experience.

Is app me technical issue bahut aa rahe hai or koi support nahi hoo raha hai. Order confirm
or paisa cut hoo jata hai but passion me nahi dikhata hai .

It's a froud company. Money deducted at night. Please take screen shot at 10:00PM and check in morning you know the company froud.

Poor service froud company. Doing froud at night balance dedicated at night. Free advice to all groww app users please take screen shot of balance at 22:00 and you can see on next day morning 07:00 how your money vanish away. This is a scam/ Froud done by company. This is my personal experience

Froud company. Company froud money at night my balance on groww app was 13244.96 on 06-04-2023 at 22:38 when I saw in morning my balance was only 987.48 on 07-04-2023 at 07:23 company is doing these type of froud. This is by chance I screen shot it. After complaining they issued ticket no-8579155 and written wait for 2 working days but on 10-04-2023 they automatically closed that ticket. On calling customers care they say we have charged settlement charges I fail to understand what type of settlement done at night. This is completely a froud app. This is by chance I know what the company froud type. Please do take screen shot at night and check n morning you can see how your money vanished. I m saying this by my personal experience

Their record upkeep and customer support is extreemly poor. I wanted P&L report for filling my revised income tax return for year 2021-2022 . Inspite of contineous chassing with thier customer care support since last 25 days I did not recieved this report. Not only this they have forwarded me some bogus report which had wrong entries which i informed their customer care but to my surpriz they again forwarded same report. I can only say growws record upkeep and customer support is just pathetic.

Groww service is not at all good , I invested some amount and got message saying it rejected a very next day and refund will process. So then I invested again in some other fund which then processed and I got mail for the first investment which says due to some technical glitch I got a message saying it rejected. If your app have a technical why did you waited for 2 days to send the communications you would send it in hour or two , because of your app issue my Amount is stuck and your customer care facility it’s so poor they never come on call and doesn’t care to reply of chats , it’s very poor facility. You made a app where people are keeping their money and you do this . I will never use your app again and also inform the same to my circle not to use the app

Its getting stucked AND having frequent login issue..
Not at all advisable for trading.
For MF its good. for delivery trade its okay

Grow app is Very worthy not recommend to another people. Lots of time we facing app not working properly dashboard issue and not login some time.

they should give traders more margin, they should add advance order features, should deal with currency commodity & f&o. though f&o is there but they should add seperate area in the app for this.

Very poor services. Very slow in approach. Keep clients queries pending for long time. Customer care is havoc. They deactivate your Account when you transfer shares to other Dp.

Intraday i exit and they kept me open til i get loss. Mistakes can happen once not thrice.. cheaters for sure
