I feel sorry on myself to have even dealt with this company for last 2+ years. Extremely unprofessional and have absolutely no empathy towards customers. Raising escalation to the highest level hasn't helped as well. Not sure what must be happening to other users. Forget about response.. They don't even bother to acknowledge the concern. Relationship office appointed on my portfolio and a level up to her are not even worth to mention on support aspect. I feel like wasting my time further even writing about then... Their job seems to just keep non transparent approach towards customer and fleece as much as they can to meet their own KRA's. Own calls to pick up sub average deals in user's portfolio on intraday has been the norm all this while. No approval taken on purchases. Killing the customer financially and applying hepthy charges towards interest seems to be the intent . Not even making customer aware about the picks and claiming money on all possible occasions. When questioned.. Assures to take care and within next few days.. Risk department of this organization selling your shares at almost 40% lesser price to nullify their debit used for purchase. No message at all for settling debit and When enquired.. Efficiently ignored all calls and messages and leaving the customer at his own fate to struggle and run from pillar to post to even check where to raise the concern. 100+ msgs and 50+ calls made but no clarity provided .. No consulting.. Absolutely a nightmare experience.
I as user will need to explore ways to get my concern addressed and I will not hesitate to go to all possible extent. Hard earned money of a consumer can't go wasted through such sub standard approach from this organization and channels involved.

I have had very bad experience with Edelweiss broking.
Was on advance brokerage plan. They suddenly increased minimum brokerage to 25 rupees per trade which was not a part of the original contract.
Then on several occasions they charged much more than the advance brokerage plan ( such as for offer for sale issues).
The resolution system is extremely bad.

I was opened sip account ,I was paid 16 thousend rupees total 4 months but have check my sip account there is only showing 13400 rs only
Service is very poor.

Hi
As you said you have invested in SIP . You must have invested in MUTUAL fund SIP.
One thing you must know that investing in the capital market through SIP is a good idea as you get the benefit of the fall in the market.
But you should invest for at least three to five years.
you can not expect gain by investing for very short period.
I request you to stay invested for at least three years but do your own research about the funds . Do check the past performance of the funds you are investing or willing to invest

Very very pathetic service I am stuck by opening an account with edelweiss THE WORST SERVICES I HAVE EVER HAD.

THE DISCOUNTED BROKER ARE MORE FAR BETTER THEN THEM.
AND ALL THANKS TO THEIR SENIOR HEAD. MR RAHUL JAIN.
HE IS JUST IN EDELWEISS TO SIT AND SEE THE DRAMA. NO COURTESY TO SEE WHT THE CLIENT ARE FACING.
VERY VERY VERY VERY MUCH POOR.
I REQUEST ALL PLEASE DON'T OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH EDELWEISS. YOU WILL REGRET VERY BADLY.

Worst customer service in Mumbai. Nobody is bother to resolve the problem. It may take one week or two week when they wake up and call you about your problem.The desktop software TX3 is below average because it is not giving the real time share point. The screen shows one rate and the order book shows different rate while in other brokerage houses are showing the exact real time rate. It is very difficult for day trader to trade option trading in real time.

I am using Edelweiss broking since last 4 months. I did not face any issue till now. I am very happy with the service which RM provided for any query related to account. Brokerage is also same which was told during account opening and is comparatively low than other broker. Main advantage of using this broker is Deliver Leverage and NRML. Because of this feature i moved from other broker to Edelweiss.

Website is not as simple as Sharekhan, ICICI Direct etc. Also their customer care is not professional. I submitted the documents for FNO and equity delivery but they just activated for equity even after repeated reminders. No care about service requests and reminders. Poor service

My client code 60271489 opened account on 01/10/2019 by choosing Lite plan Rs 10 per trade. Started trade on 03/10/2019 Five to eight intraday trade done with total turn over Rs 70,000 approx. At night contract note received Rs 525 debited as brokerage.They charged Rs 25 as min brokerage i shocked. i complained sales person and mailed to helpdesk to rectify my brokerage plan but a weak over not respond from them. . I think edelwise advertising with a wrong information and misguide trader. My advise donot go with them.

As per complained dated 09/10/2019 my brokerage plan rectified. But waiting for excess brokerage reversal. Now facing problem with account ledger book every time it is showing value 0000. I can not understand how to know my ledger transactions. Customer support not respond my quiries. So pl help me,

They have a pathetic service. They will commt discount brokerage rates but wil charge exhorbitant brokerage arbitrarily. Their RM untraceable but will ring from unknown number if u dont trade for few days. I applied for closure of account but they didnt transfer my securities to new a/c even after 40 days. They are really worst in every sense. I am calling daiy twice to close my a/c but in vein

They are liars. While a/c opening their rep Mr. Mohit committed discount brokerage rates. Later when I checked rates in my profile section it was very very high. I called their rep and he told me that it will be corrected but t never happened. Ther RM is also not traceable on cell. Their customer car on phone is not responsive neither ther helpline over e mail. Truely bad. Never try otherwise u will waste ur time. They are charging 30p in equity and Rs.75/- per lot in FnO while they p[romised to charge 1p (euity delivery) and Rs.5/-(in F n O)
