Axis brokerage and DP charges is too high compare to others

I am operating Two 3 in 1 account with Axis bank, Swathya vihar Branch Delhi -92 one is my self name & other a/c. is my wife operate in same branch since last 5 year. but they which is Valid for 10 Years + 12,00,000/- transaction Value limit with 1 paisa per share as a Brokerage charge { This Package already provided by bank to my wife A/c.

BROCKRAGE CHARGES VERY HIGH CHARGED FROM ME RS.60 PAISA PER HUNDRED. DP CHARGES EXTRA CHARGE TIME TO TIME FROM MY REGULER SAVING A/C.

Charges are very high. Officers are ignorant and have poor knowledge, information provided by bank staff and customer care executives differ markedly. Also, it is hard to close the account

When I open 5555 plan axis direct account. bankers telling to me 10 years contract ac opening fees 6388.25 rupee only, you don''''t pay any other charges, but now 230 rupees debited my account for consolidated dp charge!!! Without any information.

I had the same issue. They had initially 5555 +tax) when I opened the account. But now they charges 400 again as DP Charges.

No response to address the failure of Swift Trade portal..No customer support.

i dislike the brokerage amount which is very expensive.

E margin brokerage very high amount here

Never open demat or trading account with Axis Securities. They do no reveal all the charges before account opening and will deduct random charges later from your bank account without giving bill or any explanation. NEVER open accounts with them

High Brokerage compare than others DP''s brokerage which available in India an d offering 0.01% like Zerodha, Banglore. Lack of Customer service. In my case I ask about NOW mobile service and ID they mail me There own ID (e. g. NSE DP ID, BSE DP ID). Maintenance fee also very high. They are recovering there high expenses of advertise and other from investors.

Brokerages charges is very high, dp charges also to much,

Stocks does not show real time price in axis mobile and their website, even if a stock position is closed and u have same stock in open position purchased on later day after selling off intial stock shares it will still ask u to close previous position first. Apart from this a lot of glitch in axis mobile app, guys do not go for axis even the customer care doest not respond when the phone rings...

It is OK however they need to be ahead of competition, lots of improvement cab be done and provided on axis mobile app, axis direct and light. They should have continues software up gradation and development team of their own for site maintenance. Spend some money earned from brokerages fees. They should not charge for trading terminal.
