Hii my client code is v57190 & i am with angel & in market. I open account with ur from arround 3 or 4 month. I charged many hidden charge. & late fees. I am not satisfied with angel.

My complaint is regarding high brokerage Settlement charges) taken by you compare to other brokers.

You are offer new customers reasonable brokerage while ignore to existing.

You still taking 30/p and minimum 30/- brokerage

If I open new account with you, you offer me 12/p as brokerage.
But to old customer you are still charging 30/p and not ready to reduce single penny.

Today, I try to call and trade for delivery base trade, but it is rejected even if I have credit amount as script in your demat.
Strange to know that you have deny to buy script which amount much less than the scripts I have in your demat?

I feel better to go with Zerodha or RKSV.

My ID R88786, I am of 60 years, I was trading and keeping equities in DP with Kotak Securities, one day saw you while searching on net and was impressed with your low brokerage, I filled my interest online and next day your agent/ dealer contacted me and opened the a/c. He asked me to pay a cheque of Rs.25,000/= and told that I will be charged minimum brokerage if I transfer my equities from Kotak to Angel. Although the stocks were in my wife''''s name,we and she was the holding the Kotak DP I convinced her to transfer the shares in my DP, we thought if we are saving in brokerage then there is no harm in transferring.
But after joining you my feeling is not good with you. 1. your dealer provoke the client to do business in options. 2. They charge the maximum brokerage from the new client. 3. They are keeping inexperienced persons to deal in options to whom you have taught only to maximum buy and sale in options , which is giving good brokerage to dealer on buyer-s risk and buyer is always loser.
I have lost sleep after joining you, I want myself to withdraw from you and I will be a happy person if you release me at earliest.

My Angel ID R88786, for your information I opened the a/c with you on 02.12.2015 BT paying a cheque of Rs. 25,000/= as margins money, I was told that if I transfer my shares from other DP to your DP and those shares are put on margin and the brokerage will be charged according to margin available in DP. I transferred my shares from Kotak Securities to you as soon as I got the DP a/c no. When I started trading with you my margins was more then Rs. 4 Lacs. When I realised that you are charging excess brokerage I complained to your Kolkata office but there I was dealt in very unprofessional way and I was so irritated that I felt I should move to the courts imimdiatly for the treatment you are giving to your clients, but I thought I should first complain to you if the matter remain unresolved then I may think on future actions.

We have replied to the client through Feedback ID 1801160551 stating that the brokerage has been correctly charged as per the brokerage slab allotted to while account opening.

I am trading in index option with other broker, I want your brokerage for index options. If your rate is less than I can shift my trading from other broking hoto yours.

My customer ID is R88786, I am new to Angel Broker, from 7th January I am trading in NSE OPTIONS through my dealer, yesterday I was checking all my contract notes and I found that I have been charged @.667 up to 13th January each unit buy and sale irrespective of rate and Rs.533 each unit on both side from 13th January, Angel has charged me. almost Rs. 50000/= as brokerage for NSE OPTIONS in 7 days.

No, I am not still satisfied with the brokerage and hidden charges. you never used deduct DP charges more than 326 Rs /year. This time it''''s 526 and there is some hidden charge on 08 Jan, which i have never seen and paid since I opened the account with you in the last five years. Tried to reach your customer care always keep the call on hold - this is another charge...I already revealed my interest of investing more in stock and for eg: you can check my last two days of transactions.

Adding to all the above comments, you don''t have an experienced staff to explain the things better, either be customer/online trading service. I never be able to talk to my dealer.Very pathetic. I earned a profit of 350 rupees in the last two days. In fact I had debt of -390 as a AMC before started trading after a long time. The account now shows more than 790 debt I thought the debt would have been reliefed by earned profit but nothing reflected. I hav a plan of investing more money in stock in the next couple of weeks. If an experienced staff call up and explain the above and brokerage/debt, as well as other details pertaining to transferring funds from other non registered bank account, that would be great. Nonetheless, you got a very nice online trading platform.

I jus spoke to Cust Care..It s really awful, your brokerage is highest among all peers. I strictly don''t recommend you to anyone..i bought nhpc at 21.10 and sold at 21.15 intra day only.. After checking p/l ac, i realized and confirmed, for each share, the brokerage is 4 paisa. If it translates to 100 rupees, it would be 20 PAISA for each100 for intra day..this sucks really a lot.. Do I have to recommend the same to my folks???

You have to note that your franchise is no more in operation in my hometown..how do you still maintain the highest brokerage, even after moving all the accounts to head office, Hyderabad.

This is their way of business. They are good in convincing customers to make losses.

Cheaters only harres people. Their marketing people spread miscommunication and they do false commitment about brokerage and services. They also put certain terms and conditions which is not discussed at the time of account opening.

The services are pathetic and this company only cheat innocent customers and not listening to them even after many complaints. I opened an A/c with client code DELL3759 where the marketing personnel promised me so many stuffs and in reality they provided nothing and overcharging the commission promised to me and drastic deficiency in services. When I complaint to the bm he also totally overlooked my complaint.
Angel Broking are bunch of crooks don''t trust them and I m recommending every one to withdraw there hard earned money as they are cheaters.

Kindly note that the information is misguiding because angelbroking has a minimum brokerage of Rs.30 per transaction. They do not disclose it upfront. BEWARE!!!!

I m also looted through NSE options, got margin of 1293, but they took 830 Rs. So angel is earning on risk of us. Shameful. V58327

Brokerage promised was 0.2% on delivery. In actuality the brokerage was 0.2% or Rs.30/- per transaction. That means only if you transaction value is over and above Rs.15000 then only your brokerage will amount to 0.2%. Suppose you decide to buy shares amounting to Rs.1000/- then your brokerage will amount to Rs.30/- i.e 3% instead of Rs.2/- as promised. So basically its nothing but LIE, CHEAT & STEAL.

Believe me angle broking is very careless depository I loosed my 10000 Rs in just 3 days non-experience staff and they will insist you to trade in future and options to get more brokerage

Pathetic advisory and experts .I have lost almost 50,000 listening to them . Many hidden charges and high brokerage. their only target is anyhow tell clients to do more transaction.

By giving wrong information , they will try to square of all shares each day

Angel is good n reliable n I think this is the best brokerage firm if one knows trading. Here money is safe if u r a short term active trader. They follow var margin sq.off. they clear only deficient amount not the whole amount, which is quite helpful. I lost more than 4 lac in Motilal Oswal as they sq. off after t+4 days. Here o m minting money with confidence. Only advise is don''t blindly follow ur mangers call. First lean the market n then start investing. Never invest ur money in a single company. Always diversity ur portfolio across sectors.
Only mobile Android App is pathetic compared to Motilal Oswal.
