I have started trading with Angel recently....first of all, it was very easy to open the account with them ...all I needed to do was keep the important documents handy and it was done very quickly...

The Angel Broking app has worked quite well when it comes to trading whenever I want. Also the team has given me a few handy tips for investments and I have found this rather satisfactory....

All I would want are some more recommendations in stocks. Overall my experience is quite good.

The dealer assigned to be is trustworthy. His suggested shares have always worked. I am new to stock market and the executive helped me understand how does it work. They also called me for an educational seminar where all queries of new investors like me were answered. Their Angel Trading App is smart idea which allows me to trade even if I am out for meeting. Please do share more promising share tips for big profits.

I am trading with Angel Broking since 4 to 5 months. My overall experience is very good.. the customer service in angel can not be compared with any other stock broker in the market. I am extremely happy with their services. They give you good advice for trading.

Angel Broking is good full service broker. Existing in the market since quite sometime now and they have gained enough experience in the industry. I opened my demat account online and trade regularly with them. I am happy with the services they provide and the advice they give.

Worst company in terms of brokerage and customer service. The worst part is the arrogance by their sales guys. Please don''t open account with them . Really one of the greatest cheaters in the business. They are commiting one brokerage charge and debiting different.

I was able to get Mahanagar Gas IPO through Angel Broking. In the past I tried other stock brokers for IPO but was never successful. This time I made it.

Very poor service..
Brokerage is almost double den dey had told me at the time of opening account with them.. According to 1 lac my brokerage should have been as written in their prospectus bt dey charge u double n on top of dat dey say dat dey will make ur brokerage less bt if dey do den ill have to pay AMC frm d 1st yr onwards.. Dis was not as it was promised.. Sales team is 3rd class. As well as managment.u want a 5 star den resolve my problem.

I regret only in one thing that is opening an account with Angel listening the words of zero knowledge broker. They cheated (CHEATED) me by investing against my instruction and without my permission. They invested my whole investment of 1.53L into Orbit Corp and lost 86% of investment in weeks time. I clearly instructed them if they do transactions on my behalf it shall be in multiple stocks and not in one. They done only one transaction to take away my money and cheated. If I file a case against them, can I win. I am ready to spend any lakhs if there is 25% probability to win the case to get refund.

Regarding your query, we would again like to state that the brokerage is charged as per the slab agreed mutually between the client and the TM which gets captured in the account opening documents. Further, stamp duty is charged as per the regulations and does not form part of the TM''s income i.e we are mandated by regulations to collect the same from our clients and pay that same amount to the Government as a result of which we regret our inability to reverse the same.

frinds i am angle client and i advise you pls. don''t go longer with angle broking. Angle cheating in brokrage. Pls take advise firt to old user of angle and start account.

i am LAST 5 YEAR account with angel i not show this type of bad service from any broking house time to open account they give you big commitment than they do not give any type of service no call given to me they charge 3 time more brokerage than other broking house they business not for client benefit but only received brokerage from client how to misuse client how west there money angel means west of money so pl dont opoen account in angel

Pathetic service provider and non cooperative housing. Please do not trade with them, if you want resolution of any problem they didn''t reply. I write them on feedback@angelbroking. com more then 7 mail with attachment of froud done by them, i just recive one response for sharing the attachment again. As they know they are in fault they didn''t reply. Now i am planning to take some legal action as i have proof of there technical glitch due to which i am in loss.

I didn''''t get any resolution till now. the issue occur on 29th April, no one brother to resolve it. They only here to fool people and to earn heavy brokerage. Pathetic Service provider. I am sharing screenshot of there software which is not working, they don''''t want to believe it and reply that no issue. I asked then what is this problem which screenshot share and i didn''''t get reply after that. Called there technical department they are not able to help at all, they don''''t able to raise complain. one of the executive even told me that i am not register for online trading and force me to go for offline so they can earn more brokerage. After confirm him that i am online user and doing trading from long time then he don''''t have answer of my any question . Please do not open account with Angel broking, they are fraud and not supportive.

1) Non transparency - You can not be sure the honoured transaction would actually be executed.
2) There is no way you can know how much dividend you have received from your shares
3) There is no way you can know how much amount is available for tradinng using angel eye app
4) for first couple of days I didnt receive contract note for the trading done. after several attempts they started giving on mail
5) There is no personalised service.
6) When I asked to close my account. My account was closed after 3 months.
I am thankful that I realised their behaviour in just 20 days and stopped all trading.

Very bad brokerage house, Never do trading with angel broking. Wrong note, no intimation before taking any step on customer account. Wrong brokerage calculation. No Intraday auto square off in EQ. No RM. One executive call and give information about your Blance to buy more and suddenly on loss broking house sell it without customer information. Patatic service provider.

Same thing happen to me, i sell share but not able to buyout them on same day. Due to Patatic mobile software. Which was hanged and not showing anything for last 10 min of the day. I also charged huge as penalty. No one care about customer. Second without giving any call they square off all share, however i am trading on currency and market will open till 5. Still in mid day they square off. And in evenings. The currency value goes up. EQ contact note is also wrong.

According to me Kindly escalate this to SE BI in google u find SCORES.

Kindly create a account in that and make a compliant about this.
More ever This angle people wont listen properly while we call.
Regarding your loss in SELL if you request them to buy in call and trade, if they have not followed your instructions you can recover that money if they done mistake from your end by checking recorded calls in the brokerage house.
If they are not responding for your request Kindly inform to SEBI.

Very Bad!!!
This people are not giving proper support while we call to service executive.
When i request to buy shares which i have sold already for the day, they didn''t brought that shares and now they detected money from my account as a penalty and when i went to there office they are initiating each and every Clint to trade in F&O segment which is very new to all clients and those who have started newly in stock market.

To generate more brokerage they will conduct classes (DON''T GO FOR A CUP OF TEA& BISCUIT) in which they will initiate to trade in F&O which you don''t now to do.
