I have many quarries and i have mailed many times no response.
now the same mail i have forward to Mr.Anshuli Pradeep Saxena.
I feel AB response are very bad and high brooking fees. based on their plan i invested 1 lakh and after that also they charge maximum brooking charges.

one of worst brokers ever!!

I am not able to trade from so many days. always there is some or the other problem. latest being that you are not registered for online trading whereas i have not done a single trade which was not online. they will always say they are resolving your issue but in the backend they are thinking which other issue can we give to this customer.

when ever you call the they will keep on transferring you between departments and you will get tired and hang up and your issue will not be resolved.

one of the worst services coupled with one of the worst mobile app.

I most probably will be closing my account if I ever get access to it!!

My broker is not explaining about what is stop loss. How to put SL in app. Guidance is very poor and without any knowledge he is asking to buy order and sell order.
