I have been using 5paisa from the last 18 months,Though brokerage is less,if you check the ledger you will find so many charges, e.g. MTF Interest (interest on margin), interest on debit charges,DP transaction charges almost every week ,AMC annual maintanance charges,,delayed payment charges etc, if I write to their customer service to enquire them, that's the pathetic part,they close the ticket without your knowledge. I am planning to close the account and try some other broker.

Feel cheated, when 20-25 companies going high but we cannot buy the options It says only sell allowed even for 'in/at-the-money' options.
The details shown in position, profit and loss is not correct which leads to losses. It shows false profit and when we sell, the exact and huge loss is shown.

They say Margin trading upto 3.5 times is available but they didn't say that there was margin charges of 0.05% PER DAY....NOTE:per DAY.

Now, i have margin of suppose 1lakhs, now that makes charges of Rs500/day. Is that free?
This is pure making fool out of customers.
I prefer giving "0" stars but facility not there

5 Paisa is a big fraud guys, can you just imagine, I transferred 1.25 lakhs from my ICICI Bank net banking on 22nd Oct 2019 , but this amount never got credited to my trading account. Big mental harassment they gave. I spoke to my ICICI Bank and they confirmed that amount has been transferred to 5Paisa account same time but still 5 Paisa team has not credited to my trading account. Spoke to their support 20 times, multiple mails sent to them but no reply. Whenever I call, they say "wait" our fund department will revert which they never did. I am super frustrated now and thinking to take legal action against them. Any of you have similar experience with them , please revert to me if so...

if you buy LIQUID BEES and pledge it 5paise will charge interest/DPC on it also as it is cash equivalent. brokerage/ terminal is fine. But CUSTOMER CARE SUCKS big time. believe they have only hired freshers who doesn't know a also of stock market.

Very very very bad portal interface, Very unreliable with your trade orders going through in time. And business-wise an unethical and cheat kinda business. They will open your account showing lil charges and all. But as you start trading, they will have some amount of lockins and all.

The hidden charges are more and the mobile application is not user friendly.cannot retrieve our previous transactions in application

Very low Brokerage compared to all other brokers in the market. Platform is smooth and improving with many features. Best part is we get very good Margin funding for Delivery trades.

While I was trying to sell on 20th sep, was not taking the request. It was bluffing saying try after some time. inefficient to handle customers. There is no transference to customer on charges.

VERRY POOR COMPANY THIS CHITER COMPANY

Web and Mobile Platform is very Poor compared with Zerodha, Very Bad Experience with Customer Service, and No Instant Suggestion from Call Center, always suggest to write email for each and every small problem, No Service and Support to Partners.

No where it is mention of 52rs account handling charges.. Margin utilizesd even for one day is charged at 10%per day!!

Don't open 5paisa trading account. Cheating investors/traders money without informations. Be careful.

Don't open trading account open in 5paise company. Cheating public money.

First time investors transferring funds for trading purposes, immediately block rs.450+ towards account closing / other charges. Worst services provided.

5paisa claims that they charge the lowest brokerage is not true at all. They levy other hidden charges and most of the times, the charges, even if the customer has asked not to charge. They renew those charges, without the consent of the customers. The DP charges are high. When asked to close the account, they don't close the account. I have sent them request to close my account several times via mail, and sent my signed request on two occasions, but still my account is active with them. I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST TO OPEN A TRADING ACCOUNT WITH 5 PAISA. (Client ID 50850062)

most pathetic app and company that i have ever dealt with...... it is better to burn my money rather than investing in 5paisa app.... extra ordinary high charges........ after selling stock worth 25000 i got DP charges of 35000 what the hell is this calculation?
