worst customer care ever in my life... i dont reccomend 5 paisa for average traders.. they charge 100 per call for customer call also..which is worst ever thing...and they keep u waiting for 5 to 7 mins to attend the call everytime...

one of worst brokerage service i faced with 5 paisa. kindly stay away from 5 paisa. the charges above said is not true it is as below
1) brokerage charges Rs. 25/- or 0.05% which ever is higher for buying as well selling. where other servive providers like zerodha and upstock never charge for buying. this is highest in the industry
recently they reduced to 12.5/- it seems
hidden things are as below
1) after opening account your 450/- will be blocked as safe deposit. this money you cannot withdraw
2) while opening accouny ICICI B22 1 share will be given to your account without your concern (while selling this you need to pay more brokerage amount than the share price) this is a trick
3) ledger balance is not at all clear. all of sudden sometimes deduct money with no reason.
4) if you ask customer care service regarding any of this default you will get some message irrelavent to your query and close the ticket without closing our issue.
(I'm requesting to transfer my shares and close the account. they are not atall responding. it os more than 3 months over now)
it is very difficult to close account with them.

customer care service is hell actually. i have never seen such a poor responce.

Wrong calculation in trade account....unnecessary money cut in my account. Very bad experience with this broker.
I Will not be suggest to anyone use 5 paisa.com

One of the worst broker in applying charges. Afterwards I will never trade with this broker. If anyone is fresher in trading, don't go with 5 Paisa, their charges will demotivate you. Firstly they show you the big lolipop and then suck your hard earned money by applying charges.

One word to say about 5paisa is poor. You will lose interest in trading completely. SUch a poor app. UI is horrible, Order filling it very poor. Quotes refreshing rate is delayed. Lot of data difference between Web platform and Mobile app. No point in putting your capital in such a pathetic app. Also frequently logout from the app automatically. if your order splits into multiple leg. each leg is charge into Rs20. This will make breakeven difficult for Intrdaday EQ traders. Boycott 5paisa is the only thing i say.

I Can say Fyers and edelweiss is much better for intraday trading along with Zerodha being the top.

Worst broker. Many hidden charges. No support. It take ages to contact them. Lack of transparency. Would never recommend to anyone. They take pride in their research, but research is average with minimal technical analysis. Totally useless

Maine 5 paisa me 1st April,2020 ko account open kiya tha.Inka titanium pack hai jo ki 999+taxes k sath Rs. 1178.82 ke amount ka pdta hai. maine 8th april,2020 tarik ko inki app se ye pack k liye request kri aur 13 april,2020ko mere account se 1178.82 ka amount deduct hua uske baad bhi mera pack activate nahi hua....maine 13 april, 2020 tarik se hi kayi baar customer care me request daali mail krke....becoz lockdown k chlty inka customer care number band aa raha tha to mail se request kari ..hr baar ye log mujhse proof mangty rahe mail pr to kabhi app pr..mai 13th april, 2020 se hi inhey mail aur app pe apni bank ki statement aur proof show krke pagal hk chuka hu..is se phle in logo ka reply aaya tha ki mai fir se apply kru to maine fir se apply bhi kiya tha 15th april, ki raat me 8 baje k aas pass Jiske chalty ab mera dusri baar ecs katega inke is titanium pack ka...but mer pack ab tak activate ni kiya in logo ne....inki aj 16 th april ko call aayi usme inhony fir se yahi baat kri jaise inhy kuch idea hi ni...sab baatein maine fir se inhey clear kri aur mujhe kehty ki Apne ecs mandate se payment kyu kri...jab ki ye option payment ka in logo ne khud de rkha hai
.. 10 min tk call hold pe daal kr kehty ki baad ma apko call aa jayegi...aur abhi tk inki koi call nahi aayi....mera apni jindagi ka ab tk ka sabse bura experience hai trading ka in logo k sath....mai ap sab ko yahi bolunga ki bhul kar bhi 5 paisa pe apna demat account mat khulnwana......ye ek dukhi investor bol rhaa haii...aage aapki ichhaaa mere dosto......

No response from from executive.
After too many mails they are not providing share wise profit and loss statement.

service is very bad
as per terms and condition if any trade took place then and then only company ought to have deducted maintainace charges but company deducting charges without taking in to consideration trade whether it is took place or not
this type of deducation is nothing but cheating
before opening account with this compay think twice agent of this company also mislead and

The new plans which they have introduced are really good. Effectively, there titanium plan comes at zero cost as they provide 100 trades free per month.

Facing a great hit dealing with 5paisa last 4 months.
They included me in margin trading without my consensus and I am getting penalized for the same.
Had been writing to them last many months but no proper response & my fund deficit is increasing.
Other than raising a ticket and closing the same ticket without solving it they do nothing.
Would like to rate ZERO but dont have that option of 0 instead had to rate 1

its totally useless .today its system was stooped working and i make 30000 loss just beacuse this useless pletform .

Tackling with minor margins a biggest problem in this app. Same issue positions, bids and asks are inaccurate cannot make a right call with this app. A uptrend or down trend makes day upside down and attracted hefty losses. 5paisa is waste app with THE worst support teams

5 paisa not a discount brokrage 5 paisa charge for every thing first there customer support compel to make premium membership and give you a lollipop like every thing free like brokerage charge, monthly maintenance charge after purchase membership they regularly charge you everything what the hell ????this app

I have closed my account and they did that after I just tried logging into the account It allowed and added funds but they blocked trading.called them to refund the amount deposited till now no response.Taking money from customer is easy but returning money they are having problems.Cheating customers I will not recommend anyone hereafter in 5 paisa.

Very very Poor services they are just interested in account opening not else. They never even respond our queries and problem.
I would suggest don't got with 5paisa.

I bought MUL shares, but script is removed for 5paisa trading list,that time I called to customer care,they not properly answered and call to transfer trading dependent they charged Rs.100 per call.But they also not properly answered, why they are removed trading list??, I can't sale MUL shares,they are not responded to mails also.
