5Paisa doing fraud with there customers and they are charged unwanted services and additional hidden charges and well they should be consider as fraud.

I was open a account with 5paisa they said to me that there are all the services are free on the account i was opened it and now they are charging lots of money i have even stopped all the activity in the account but still they are continue adding charges. also there are some share are on hold but they not clearing amount and not closing the account as well and i am continue getting email from BSE for paying that amount. as that amount they have charged totally are unwanted and fraud.

also they are not responding for call/email.


I would request you every one please do not open account with 5paisa.

One of the worst brokers available.
There website always hangs I lost so much of money because of this hanging problem.
Nobody bothers to respond if compliant is raised to customer care.
I urge you ppl not to use 5paisa.

5paisa make fraudulent rule®ulations if any clients starts profits, it imposed manipulate rule to throw out to clients from market, bogus service and late update real time data in application. Stop loss square of unanimously &wrongly execute order

Worst Mobile and web applications. If you want to modify order you cant do that, by the time it responds and modify you will be in hell. I only faced losses that is because of their technical glitches. Customer care doesn't available some time.
For call to customer queries they will charge 100 rupees by trading department.

My suggestion avoid 5paisa.

%Paisa Mobile application hangs and not responds correctly. By the time it responds the trader will be in hell. worst experience. Avoid 5 Paisa. There browser application also not refreshes and some time you feel it is dead. Wrong calculation in trade account....unnecessary money cut in my account. Very bad experience with this broker.

Mujhe bhi kuch samaj mai nahi aa raha hai ki maine 14000 5 paisa mai add kiye the. Kuch share kharidne ke bad. Ab mujhe minus 3450 bata raha hai.hai kaise kuch samaj mai aaya nahi.

Don't use their application there are loop holes in their account user can add funds after account closing also the transferred money is not reflecting to their side they said that is it guidelines given by SEBI when asked.

maine aapke review pade jisme bahut si negative baat likhi hai but aisa kuchh nhi hai.abhi lock down ki vjh se problem aa rahi h.
mai 5 p ka 2 years se customer hu aaj tak aisa kbhi nhi hua.
so lockdown hatne ka wait karo.

Inexperienced customer care, for sure you will suffer at some point of time if you go with 5paisa.
Don't go with this.

kindly avoid there are better broker who provide a good service better than this, a lot of misguidance by there call center executives who don't even know common knowledge of industry.

looters, fraudsters till they don't return money..... they confirm not to deduct money and keep deducting..... and never call or give feedback that u are not using and we are deducting some plan which we only forced you to take on confirmation to discontinue after one month

Please don't use this app, fraud company I have transferred 2500 in 5paisa account and they are showing -7000 apx, without any trading, even i have raised tickets but they closed my tickets, i send email but they are not replying. Many times i called but they are not responding. From last 2 months i tried to followup but still no one interested. Tickets number : (3598596), (3577966), (3542726), (3514238).
Fake 5paisa fraud

they will activate some plans to individual basic traders/investors who are very small and after confirming on call to deactivate they keep on debiting 600 rupees every month when there is nothing in your account they are liers..... small investors who are already in loss why the hell they want so expensive plans if they dont have very miniscule amount of 20-30K to invest, than also these scamster force you take plans and post confirming they dont act and you dont see and they continue debiting .... also they debit on last day of the month itself for preceeding month... who gave them this authority.... is SEBI sleeping.... please never open account with these frauds and make sure to not get any plans of them or others and as soon as they try force sell immediately complain to SEBI dont stay back
