This stock will go down continuously. your current investment may be devalued in the future. As per current situation its better to sell the stock and invest in better options which can give you good returns. Prefer to move on and recover the loss.

Holding one lot of kotyark industries, what to do now as share price is dropping continuously?

I bought PAYTM during the IPO and have 24 shares as of now. I am really afraid due to the falling prices of this stock. Please suggest what to do?? Shall I hold it or shall I release them book the loss whatever I am getting?

It will comes up but it will take some years I bought 5000 shares on listing date I'm holding

Attempt buying when it really hits the bottom and when it starts recovering sell your original holdings and book a short term loss. That you can adjust against any short term gain. If you buy before you sell then you can avoid wash rules if any.
