There is an online stock broker in India who has come up with zero brokerage trading plans wherein it doesn't charge any commission in any trading segment or exchange.

In this plan, the brokerage is waived off for all types of trading, intraday, BTST, and delivery trading and across segments including equity, currency, commodity, and derivatives.

What's the catch here?

These stock brokers charge a fee for add-on services advance trading platform, yearly account maintenance fees, call & trade, etc.

I have account in FINVASIA from last 2 years.

As a brokerage free and DEMAT charges free services provided very effectively by FINVASIA.

Add on services not available at free is not a complaint but it is your ambitious expectations which provided by all brokers at very high charges.

So I am in favour of to open trading and demat account at FINVASIA.

It is not reliable because in signup process chat button does not work (it takes you to signup some 3rd party product). Also they take father's name for spouse name and show that you are married to the father. It is not properly done.

Their Tools ScalperT does not have timeframe on chart selection e.g: 5mins, 15mins and so on. Default is 1min and it can't be changed.
Account logout happens if you are idle for max 10mins. That's ridiculous.
