Kaveri Seed Buyback 2022

I have 100 shares of kaveri seeds in zerodha but neither i have the email from company nor there is anything being shown on zerodha platform to go ahead if i am interested in participating in the current buyback. Kaveri Seed Buyback 2022

KSCL proposed an open market buyback. There is a difference between open market buyback and tender offer buyback. In an open market, BB company purchase its shares from the secondary market in 6M.

So, you cannot participate in this BB as you can do in other BBs.

You might not be having 50 shares on the Record Date. You might have already been received a communication from the Registrar regarding your eligibility for the buyback. Some times the mail will be delivered to spam. Please check up.
