Of course, Spectrum has deeply disappointed till now. I tried buying two lots @126 but order did not go through for the past two days. I am hopeful so trying to average

@Kamma. Thanks. The offer says 2 shares for evey 25 reserved for small share holders and 2 shares for every 179 reserved for others. What does this mean? Does it indicate that I must tender less than 2 lakhs value to eligible for 2 for every 25 offer? Thats where I am confused

Hi

Its value of shares as òn record date.
Since you have more than 2 lakh worth shares on record date, You are in general category so your eligibility is less than retail investors
But still tender full shares so you will get maximum benefit
