how can loss arising on bankrupt stock will be set off. example Git@njali Gems sock is not trading today where i have loss of 1.2 lacs, i need set off this with current profit of long term. Pleas help with available references.

Sell to your friend for Rs 1. And give him rupee in cash and get cheque of Rs 1 and deposit in bank
