Although all 3 of my single share applications were accepted, Both single share applications of my neighbour were rejected. It is quite surprising to me that something like this could have happened. I applied on Day 1 around 11 am while my neighbour applied on Day 2 and Day 3.

So it seems to be on first come first serve basis or is there any one left out with a single share application?
