i understand issue is oversubscribed. If i subscribe now, will they allot me as proportional allotment, or it is first come first serve basis and nothing will be allotted to me?

"proportional allotment" rules only applicable on day of issue subscribed . After it you cant get any allotment ...

Issue got more than its shelf limit and closed on 26th July 2018 itself. It has first come - first serve basis allotment. Since it is closed with little over self limit, chances of full allotment expected for successful retail bidders. As per reports, it got Rs. 2003.4 crore subscription against shelf limit of Rs. 2000 crore. HNI category may invite lottery system due to over subscription.
