I have been alloted IDEA right issue shares but till now shares have not been credited to my DEMAT account.
Please suggest me what to do?

I have AXIS DIRECT DEMAT ACCOUNT, so can I buy a direct mutual fund plan from
AXIS MUTUAL FUND ?
Will still they charge any commission as they are related to same parent organization?

Do we get interest on FACE VALUE?
If yes, then if I am alloted 10 bonds and frequency is one month,then,
for one month I get rs 900(10,000*9%) as interest and for one year 10,800 (900*12) as one year interest.
Am I right?
And are these bonds secured and can we sell then after listing?

Rs.900 for year 900/12 for 1month = 75

Are these safe?
Is it safe to invest in NCD's (Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd)?
Please experts comment.

Ncd comes as secured & unsecured. There is risk to default on interest And principal payment. In case of default, there is long procedure to get the principal back.
Company will go to nclt. Nclt appoints resolution professional who will access company health and try to solve all outstanding by selling the assets.
