How is the retial share holder limit calculated
1) @ the buy back price (2,00,000/- / 10000 (BB price) or
2) Market price (2,00,000/- / 7093 (current Market price on record date.)

Is a single application from a joint account valid. i.e If the secondary holder of a joint bank account applies for an IPO using his own demat account, will it be considered a third party application??
who SEBI/NSE can confirm this??

I have a joint savings account in Bank of Maharashtra . Can we apply for an IPO issue INDIVIDUALLY through ASBA from same bank account as per new regulations?
whaere can I get these regulations regarding ASBA & joint savings bank a/c s online (SEBI or any other official site)
