Not safe. Shouldn't trap in higher rate of interest. You can see the result of DHFL and SREI NCD was looted money of NCD holder. So be safe to invest in Bank or Post office for guaranteed return of your capital.

Maine market se 250 L&TFH-RE purchase kiye hain. Kya ab main 250 shares ka 65 Rs. Per share ka payment karke right issue mein apply kar sakta hu?

Please koi clear clear ye bata sakta hai ki manualy form fill kar ke MEERUT mein kaun se bank mein submit karna hai? No rwap. No net banking. No upi. No debit card.
