Tendered 1 share through Nuvama and the same got accepted . Nuvama raised contract note for brokerage and stt amounting to 70 approx. But for 3 single shares tendered through Axis Direct they have not raised contract note for brokerage and stt. Pyment of 4X 10K received yesterday. Anyone received contract note from Axis Direct?

All 4 single share accepted, 3 NSDL and 1 CDSL. Purchase cost per share 7100 approx.

Any one received Mail or Contract Note from Axis Securities?

No message from Axis Bank / Axis Direct about Acceptance or Rejection.

Tendered shares are still blocked in NSDL and CDSL Accounts. No debit and unblocking message so far.

From total individual investors, most past buybacks have around 20-40 percent retail investors; the remaining are HNI. If we go with that assumption, the acceptance ratio will be between 45 to 85 percent. On average, we can expect at least 60+ percent acceptance.

Shares tendered by Retail Investors at NSE and BSE is already about 28 lac shares. Chances of those tendered 1 to 6 shares getting accepted seems very remote.

It seems Promotors have not participated in the Buyback offer. So AR in General Category may be about 15%

@Vimal Garodia ji, according to current rules, if the entitled number of shares are tendered, all of them have to be accepted. I am not sure when the case you described happened. Maybe it was before the current SEBI guidelines came into force ?

4150 is not the criteria.

2 lakh divided by last traded price on the record date (25th Nov 2023) on the exchange where there is relatively higher volume of the stock..
Round it off to the lower side.

AR depends on lot of factors, as of now it seems to be the same as last year around 25% to 30% in retail. In general category it will be far lower..

With bad results, short term looks bleak. Any hope for a turnaround in the mid to long term and if so at what levels IPO Allottees can average ?
