Whether the financials of the company justify the servicing of these borrowings?

Different codes are assigned basing on the tenures and categories.

If you applied for 9.10% with a tenure of 10 years the srcipt code is 936206 in BSE.

No Chance.
Considering the amount permitted to be retained, issue under subscribed.
Hence, all the applicants got to the extent they applied for.
However, there may be some demand from Category-1. applicants, where the issue was over subscribed. Hence, there may be nominal premium on listing.

Check for ISN number of securities.

If ISN of allotted security differs from the ISN of the purchased security it solves your problem. If both the ISNs are same, your apprehension of FIFO method would be correct.
