Stock has not performed well in last year..sudden rise just before Buyback..not good results..should we go for butback?
if AR is not good..plz advice..seeing some loss in recent BB even after good AR.

@Mohsin: If retail shareholding is more than 15 % then also no more than 15% will be reserved for retail? In that case promotor reserved portion may play bad for retail correct? In Birlasoft you explained more than 15% reserved for retail right?

1. if retail shareholding pattern more thn 15% thn it will be reserved as per holding.
2. No effects of promoter holding on retail reserved quota.
As first entitlement calculation starts with Retails thn rest of shares for others like promoters dii fii.
3. Promoters has no reserved quota.

15% - 11,70,000 - shares

But it reserved as per entitlement
11,82,193 - Shares.
