I am holding LIC shares which has gone down quite a lot from Rs 904/- and hovering in between Rs 650 to 700/- . Kindly advice whether to hold or sell it.

Hold it brother. LIC market capitalization is extremely high it will take a substantial amount of time for it to move higher. My prediction is that it will take 2-3 years if global markets will be positive and it will take 12-15 years if global market will be negative.
