GAIL buy back is TENDER OFFER.I hold GAIL equity shares in Demat Form.
I have recieved the offer letter from GAIL along with Tender Form.
I want to know the Procedure of SUBMITTING the Tender Form to my DP.
Can anyone guide me? Buy back offer opens on 25MAY 2022.

Approach your broker. If you have given power of attorney to the broker, sending email to him indicating number of shares you wish to offer for buyback would suffice. Otherwise the broker has to generate special Delivery instructions slip and send it to you. You have to fill it and return to the broker. This takes few days so hurry up.
