TCS buy back date announced. Why still buy back is not accepting in zerodha buy back column. Is any other date is announced???

This was record date, (date when shares should be in your demat to be eligible for buyback.) Actual date and process will be announced in march.

Why TCS did not accepted the shares offered by the investers prportionately. For one of my friend the company accepted 12 sheres to his surprise for 50 shares, where as i offered 40 shares but accepted only one share.Similarly 15 shares offered through Zerodha none of them were accepted. Never expected such type of tretment from a No:1 Software company.
