13 out of 66 shares accepted as per broker's email. When will they credit the amount to bank? and when will they credit the remaining shares back to dmat? Please help.

I got shares refunded but not received contract note from my broker Prostocks yet and also amount is not credited to bank account

I have received cotract note from zerodha with transaction date as Sep 1 but not received money or the remaining shares in my account. I dont know what to do now.
